Description
A carefully selected toothbrush offered as part of FlexiFib’s Launch Collection, with medium bristles for people who prefer a firmer feel.
The Launch Collection lets us serve customers today while our proprietary EcoBrush programme continues through research and development.
Materials
Handle, bristle and packaging composition will be listed here exactly as stated in verified supplier documentation.
Origin
Launch Collection toothbrushes are manufactured by an external production partner and selected and retailed by FlexiFib Eco Ltd. The confirmed country of manufacture is shown in Key information once supplier documentation has been verified.
Care
Rinse thoroughly after each use and store upright in a well-ventilated place so the handle can dry between uses. Replace your toothbrush every three months, or sooner if the bristles become splayed.
Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses. Standard delivery is £2.99, and free on orders of £20.00 or more. Orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days.
Returns
You can cancel your order or return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened toothbrushes can only be returned if they are faulty.

How this relates to FlexiFib’s innovation
The Launch Collection is a commercial validation route — not our proprietary invention. What we learn from customer feedback, returns and product use informs future product development, while EcoBrush remains a separate programme.
